The deletion log shows you deleted File:Ali Daher, Sabrina Mitwali (8204920551).jpg on the premise that it was an instance of a "Personal photo by non-contributor(s)". Eva Rinaldi, the photographer, isn't a commons contributor. She was an actress, who transitioned to being a makeup artist, as she grew older, who also took fine photographs of the celebrities she encountered. Commons has over 22,000 of her photos.

Sabrina Mitwali is an Australian performer, and commons had a category for her since 2014, Category:Sabrina Mitwali. The other person, Ali Daher, is an entertainment journalist.

• I think all these pictures of Daher are in scope. I think Rinaldi is not just somebody taking out of scope personal photos. Category:Sharni Winson is another Australian entertainer. Larry Hagman was a serious television actor. Geo Swan (talk) 17:59, 26 October 2024 (UTC)

• @Geo Swan My concern with these photos is that a number of them could fail COM:PARTYPICS. The Blue Crush photos appear to fail FOP in the US because of the poster in the background. I suggest you take this to UDR - I don't think we should give these a blanket pass on scope just because of the photographer

Andrew Weitz

I was just looking if there's a suitable image of Andrew Weitz to add to his Wikipedia page. The previous one was deleted Commons:Deletion_requests/File:Andrew_Weitz.jpg due to being the only picture from said Flickr account. The account has uploaded 4 pics. Would it be possible to re-add this image to Wikimedia and in turn, his Wikipedia page? There are some other pictures of him on Flickr but they're all rights reserved. This is one isn't from LC nor does it have a categorized jpg version, so it shouldn't be in Category:LC TIF images with categorized JPGs. Same happened for several other images from ETH-BIB.
