Hungary
With its capital, Budapest often regarded as one of the most beautiful cities in the world, Hungary is a well visited tourist destination. And with easy access through low cost airlines into the capital from across Europe, and relatively cheap prices, it’s easy to understand why the country appears in the top 15 most visited countries.
Not to mention the numerous world heritage sites to explore, from the world famous Széchenyi Baths, the relaxing lake Hévíz, to the Esztergom Basilica (which until recently we didn’t realise was the third largest church in Europe!).
And to us, Hungary has a special place in our hearts, Budapest was the place where we got engaged. So we will be returning time and again, and hope to continue sharing with you the best places to go and sights to see.
